2024 „Wilgert“ Riesling dry – Berg Rottland (1,5l Manum)

Hand-harvested grapes from the historic vineyard of the original Wilgert site, now part of Berg Rottland. Traditionally spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts, followed by 12 months of ageing on the fine lees in oak barrels. Vinified naturally, without fining agents or additives. The wine is gently filtered before bottling to preserve its full natural aromas and is exclusively available in Magnum and Double Magnum bottles.
