2023 “Wilgert” Riesling Dry – Berg Rottland

Handpicked grapes from the old vineyard in the original site “Wilgert,” now part of Berg Rottland. Traditionally spontaneously fermented by natural yeasts, followed by 12 months of aging on fine lees in a wooden barrel, vinified without additives. Gently filtered and bottled to preserve all natural aromas.
