2023 Pinot Sparkling Wine b.A. Brut

A high-caliber Pinot Noir crafted as a “Blanc de Noirs” sparkling wine. The handpicked grapes from the single vineyards Bischofsberg & Kirchenpfad were harvested very early to preserve the playfulness and refreshing acidity of the Pinot. Following fermentation in large wooden barrels, the base wine aged further in old 225L barrels to develop its “wine-like” character. The sparkling process was carried out in a specialized small 2000L tank fermentation under optimal conditions.

Delicate effervescence harmoniously intertwined with the fruity aromas of the Pinot Noir wine. This sparkling wine loosens the tongue and invites a bit of “recklessness”! An old saying from France goes:

Those who drink red wine think of mischief!
