2023 „Kuhweg“ Riesling dry

Handpicked grapes from the old vineyard in the original site “Kuhweg,” now part of Bischofsberg. Traditionally spontaneously fermented by natural yeasts, followed by 11 months of aging on the fine lees in a wooden barrel, vinified without additives. Bottled unfiltered to preserve all natural aromas.
