Hand-harvested grapes from the historic vineyard of the original Bischofsberg site in Rüdesheim.
Traditionally spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts, followed by 12 months of ageing on the fine lees in oak barrels. Vinified naturally, without fining agents or additives.
Bottled unfiltered to preserve the wine’s full natural aromas.
