Handpicked grapes from the old vineyard in the original Rüdesheim site “Bischofsberg.” Traditionally spontaneously fermented by natural yeasts, followed by 12 months of aging on the fine lees in a wooden barrel, vinified without additives. Bottled unfiltered to preserve all natural aromas.
