Hand-harvested grapes from the historic vines of the original Berg Rottland vineyard. Traditionally spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured for 12 months on the fine lees in oak barrels. Vinified naturally, without fining agents or additives. Gently filtered before bottling to preserve the wine’s full natural aroma.
