2023 Berg Rottland Auslese

Selective handpicking of healthy grapes from one of the finest vineyards in Rüdesheim’s Berg Rottland. Pressed using a traditional basket press. Natural clarification through sedimentation and spontaneous fermentation (8 weeks) at 18°C. Fermentation was halted using the cold outdoor temperatures at the winery, around 2°C.

Gently filtered only once before bottling to preserve the natural fruit aromas and the fermentation’s inherent carbonation.
