2023 Berg Roseneck Riesling Spätlese

Selective handpicking of healthy grapes from one of the finest vineyards in Rüdesheim’s Berg Roseneck. Pressed using a traditional basket press. Natural clarification through sedimentation and spontaneous fermentation for 8 weeks at 18°C. Fermentation was halted by using the cold outdoor temperatures at the winery, around 2°C.

Gently filtered only once before bottling to preserve the natural fruit aromas and the fermentation’s inherent carbonation.
