2024 „Berg Roseneck“ Riesling dry – Unterer Platz

Hand-harvested grapes from the historic vineyard of the original Unterer Platz site, now part of Berg Roseneck. Traditionally spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts, followed by 12 months of ageing on the fine lees in oak barrels. Vinified naturally, without fining agents or additives. The wine is gently filtered before bottling to preserve its full natural aromas.
