2024 „Back to the roots“ Riesling fein & herb | „Amphora“

Selectively hand-harvested, very late-picked healthy grapes from old vineyards in the historic Rüdesheim sites Unterer Platz and Wilgert. The must is naturally clarified by settling for 24 hours before undergoing spontaneous fermentation in a 600-litre oak barrel. The wine is then aged on the fine lees for 12 months in a 600-litre amphora. Gently filtered before bottling. No fining agents are used, preserving the wine’s authentic vineyard character.
