2023 „Back to the roots“ Riesling fine & dry

Handpicked grapes from old vineyards in the original Rüdesheim sites “Unterer Platz & Wilgert.” Traditionally spontaneously fermented by natural yeasts, followed by 12 months of aging on the fine lees in a 600L amphora, vinified without additives. Gently filtered and bottled to preserve all natural aromas.
