„The Individualist“

Hand-harvested grapes from 40-year-old vineyards in the historic Rüdesheim sites Backhaus, Engerweg and Gessel. The grapes are gently pressed in a traditional basket press.

Spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts, including 6% whole clusters. The wine is aged on the fine lees for 14 months in oak barrels before being bottled unfiltered to preserve its full natural aromas.
