Handpicked grapes from the 35-year-old vineyard in the original Rüdesheim site „Tafel.“ After 3 months of spontaneous fermentation on the skins with natural yeasts, pressed in a traditional basket press. Aged for 22 months on fine lees in a wooden barrel. Bottled unfiltered to preserve all natural aromas.
