2022 Berg Roseneck Spätburgunder Dry

Handpicked healthy grapes from the 33-year-old vineyard in the original site “Unterer Platz,” now part of Berg Roseneck. Following 8 weeks of spontaneous fermentation on the skins with natural yeasts, the wine was pressed in a traditional basket press. After an additional 24 months of aging in used 225L wooden barrels, the wine was bottled unfiltered and without additives.
