2024 Berg Roseneck Pinot Noir – Dry (Available in Nov)

Hand-harvested, healthy grapes from the 33-year-old vineyard of the original Unterer Platz site, now part of Berg Roseneck. After eight weeks of spontaneous whole-berry fermentation with indigenous yeasts on the skins, the grapes are gently pressed in a traditional basket press. The wine is then matured for a further 24 months in used 225-litre oak barrels before being bottled unfiltered, without fining agents or additives. Available from November 2025.
